We want you and your pet to love every purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy on eligible items.

Returns must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To request a return, email support@happytailessential.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Change of mind returns may require customers to cover return shipping costs.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible with photos and order details.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
